Disability Access at Scottish Universities

I have a genetic neurological condition which means I lose function and/or feeling in my limbs. I can walk short distances on a good day but I also use a wheelchair, crutches, walking sticks, splints, slings etc some of the time. I also don't have fine motor control in my hands but that is constant. I am hoping to do Genetics or Neuroscience or something within that area.

How accessible are the campuses (of anywhere really)? I have visited Dundee, Glasgow and Edinburgh over the past few days and Glasgow looks impossible with all the hills and old buildings which I can't get into without help in the wheelchair. Edinburgh looks doable but difficult, spread between 2 campuses with no accommodation nearby. Dundee looks best with the onsite accommodation right next to where most of my lectures would be and every building is accessible.

Where within Scotland is best for accessibility and what are the various disability services like for helpfulness etc?

Thanks!
Hello!

I would think that Dundee and Aberdeen are the easiest to navigate.
