Core 4 differentiation problem!

Hey guys! Can any of you help me with this problem that involves differentiating a^x form?

It was on the past paper Jan 2011 Q2: I=16-16(0.5)^t where t>0
How do I figure out dI/dt??
Thanks in advance!!
