Accomodation Moving In Dates 2015

Hi,

Looking for some information with regards to moving in dates for entry 2015.

During September 2015, it’s my parent’s 20th wedding anniversary and my father 50th birthday. They have a cruise booked but because the dates of me moving are likely to be in September they want to cancel the trip. Depending on me being offered a place at the University, I need to find out when would be the rough dates/month I would be able to move into my accommodation. I really don’t want them to cancel their trip and hopefully we can work something out.
