Can I apply for two different course at the same university?

I don't know what I want to do yet: Economics or a History degree.
Fundamentally, I want to apply for Oxbridge & go into investment banking after that.
Am I allowed to apply for two degrees then? If I meet the entry requirements that is...
Stating again, I am NOT looking to do two degrees. I just don't know which one I would want to do.
Can apply to anywhere between 1 and 5 courses at the same uni unless it's Oxbridge, in which case you can only apply to one. You can only write one personal statement too, though, so bear that in mind
