For a 16yr old? You'll be lucky to get anything above minimum wage.

I'm 17, I work in retail and I earn £7.04 an hour (I am a fully trained colleague) we also get a yearly bonus pot which is usually around like £100 each (we have like 60 members of staff to share it between)

17, I work in Ernest Jones and earn £6.50 an hour plus commission! (Adds up to an extra £200 ontop of my basic wage and I only work Sunday's!)

16, I have a paper round, £7 per round (without leaflets). If I have leaflets to deliver they give me more money :P
I'm 19, work in a Morrisons cafe, and I'm paid £8.20/hour. It's really hard work but great pay for a part-time job.
19 at sports direct retail, 5.50 p/h plus selling bags and magazines worth. 10 hrs sarurday and sunday
19, Sainsburys - £7.36 an hour.
