A level C4 Intergration

I don't know how to solve this question.Below is the question:

A sphere of radius 13 cm is intersected by two parallel planes 7 cm apart. The larger intersection is 5cm at its nearest point from the centre of the sphere. Fine the volume of the sphere which lies between the two planes.

THX A LOT~

Draw circle centre at origin, radius 13, at the first quadrant, mark its equation.

Then it should be obvious where the cuts are on the x axis.

Then I hope you know how to do volume of revolution around x axis.

Is this any good?
