HELP! Not declaring AS Grades...

So last year I got a U overall in a subject. In each unit I got e,u,u. Do I have have to declare my U?

Some people say you don't but some say you do. I've read the UCAS thing but it's confusing :/

yes you do. Failure to report scores can be cause of dismissal of application.

Its one of those things really.... TECHNICALLY, because its a U, its not actually grade-able or something like that. Thats what I read, but I wouldn't risk leaving it off my app. They'll probably enquire about it if theres just 3 AS grades on there or they'll realise you've got a U. Theres no avoiding it really...

(Oh, thats assuming that the U was an AS grade)
