I don't squat or deadlift. I've read that squats are bad for the knees and deadlifting can injure the lower back, so I avoid them.

I was at a 6 hour roller derby bootcamp yesterday and I could barely walk today... Then I had to do pole... And I have to tomorrow... Then I have skating again on Tuesday. The second day is usually more so I'm dreading tomorrow morning! Anyone want to come prod my poor muscles? I find that super satisfying.
I did a rest pause session on Saturday for the first time in a while. Got insane doms yesterday and today in my back and chest. That's from one exercise and one big working set.


Most of the time I don't get DOMs, but I'm a very low volume kind of guy
