En Suite Room Available Now - rent paid until Jan 2015
I have recently had to give up my en suite double bedded room 5 mins from uni. Rent is already paid until January 1st 2015. After that contract would be £97 per week, payable until August, including all bills and wifi.
Even if you don't need room that long, you are effectively getting November and December free.
Room is in a 4 bedroom house, shared with 3 students in 3rd year, all great to live with.
