Need help being pointed in the right direction?!

I really need help with my science assessment question! ive been looking for answers for days and come up with nothing!
1a) Make a list of at least 4 pieces of evidence which show the Universe is changing.
1b) Based on your list, state atleast 3 different possible scientific ways in which the Universe could change in the future.
