LSE, Warwick, Imperial are really hard to get in. top grades are required (other stuff doesn't really matter too much since they are more research based schools) and you should write a good statement of purpose with clear future goals.
UCL : I don't know much about it.
Cass, Bristol and Durham are easier to get in, but still, grades matter the most. internship can be a plus.
I think you will be fine. But besides these, I suggest you should work on your IELTS. You can't go anywhere if not achieving their English standards.
