Undiagnosed condition that's driving me mad!

Hello everyone,
I'm writing this post to see either if anyone has been through/ is going through the same problem as me or just to get it off my chest.

I'm in my last year at sixth form, taking three subjects and aiming high. Last year I was very stressed from the exams, diagnosed with anxiety and had several panic attacks. Since then up until now, my health has deteriorated. I've have so many days off school which worries me even more, (I've got the lowest attendance in the year) but luckily the general sixth form staff have an idea of the situation. I have been diagnosed with IBS but since summer this year I've been continually sick or feeling incredibly sick, dizzy, hot and cold and the other day I fainted and ended up with concussion which didn't exactly help the problem. I also suffer from really painful periods and have had really painful, sore and tingly feet since the age of eight. It's gotten to the point now where the doctor has no more ideas and I've been referred to a specialist, and I just want an answer. At school I constantly feel extremely ill, which is hard for some of my friends to understand and in class I just sit there and stare at the same spot incase I black out. Its incredibly frustrating and at times embarrassing, especially when I'm not really sure if all the teachers know what's going on and how I really sometimes just need some fresh air. I feel like I've gone around in circles and now as we approach Christmas and therefore exam season, I know my stress levels will increase again, making the situation even worse.
So if anyone out there knows what the heck this is please tell me.
One very stressed, annoyed and fed up student.

You have to keep going back to the Doctor.

Or take some Kalms, or Herbal Tea before bed. That always helped me when I was stressed.
Are you keeping a diary to see if there's a pattern to your problems? You may also need to consider the fact that there's the possibly of more than one illness. That was my case - I had problems with my eyesight, balance, randomly vomitting at night for no apparent reason, etc. I was diagnosed with multiple problems which all stem from one condition.

Nobody here will be able to diagnose you... and as OU said, it might be a few things having a knock on effect on each other. The only other thing that comes to mind is the possibility that it could be "silent migraines" which is where you get migraine symptoms except the headache.

Keeping a diary of when it happens, and also what you've been doing/eating/drinking in the 24 hours leading up might show some patterns and also help when you see the specialist.
If you need some fresh air, you may be able to get a time out card type thing. This would explain that due to a condition you have, you have permission from the head of year (I think - might be disability services) to go outside for a few minutes. Or, they may even allow you to just walk outside for a few minutes.

Whilst I know that the college I was going to attend did offer this, they actually refused it. Despite me saying I can't always talk, they told me I had to say something if I needed fresh air. Yet, I don't have to say anything if I need the toilet. Because I put my hands over my ears if it gets too loud, it's rather obvious whether I need the toilet or whether it's getting too loud.

IBS is, from experience, the name given if you have a digestive disorder but they can't work out what it is.
Have you considered it might be endometriosis? you said you have painful periods, and it can cause a whole host of symptoms? May be worthwhile asking your doctor?
