Equipment for Engineering
Hey guys!
This is more for the existing students studying engineering. My better half has applied for engineering courses starting next year and he's not too sure what kind of laptop is the best for the work you'll be doing. Can anyone give help with some advice and what you've got etc. Would be really helpful
if it makes a difference to the type of laptop as well, he's studying electronic engineering.

As long as it can handle Word and a browser it'll be fine. Not everyone even bothers with a laptop - I stuck with my desktop for most of my time at university.
