2015 CAO application form UCD uk mobile prefix

Possibly a stupid question, but for the CAO application form if +44 is the country code then what is the prefix?
You have to provide country code, prefix and mobile number
so would it be 44, 00, 7.... or 44, 07, ..... or 44, 0, 7.... or 44, 00, 07....
I can't work out what to cut out of the mobile number so that they won't try texting 004407.... because obviously the 0 after the 4 shouldn't be there.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, to dial a UK mobile from Dublin, the caller needs a number in the following format 00 44 789........ Just drop the 0 at the start of your number.
The prefix is only required for a landline number eg 00 44 131 ..... (Edinburgh area code).

So I should put:

country code: 44
prefix: 00
mobile number: 789.....

I had a quick look at the application form and didn't see where it said country code, prefix etc.... Maybe it's in the notes, but as long as you have the number as detailed above, I think that'll be fine.
