Creative Writing Application
Hey Guys,
I've applied at DMU for creative writing and english lang joint honours,
To further my application they would like me to write a 400 word creative piece on the theme of a mug..
I don't know where to start and have no inspiration
Is anyone able to guide me towards a starting point?

A Mug- I guess you can take it from a linguistic pov- changing how you feel in being a mug (like cup mug) and then a person who's a branded and acts like a 'mug'. Another definition of it is a face or mouth so maybe a creative piece on how it feels neglected as people always think of the cup (mug) and not it? Hahah strange but hopefully inspiring something!
