MAP concerns

So, little worried about the MAP and it's side effects. And I can't get a doctor appointment this week so I can't settle my mind, so here's the sit.:

Condom came off on Saturday 8th Nov and I took the MAP the same day (Levonelle). Brown bleeding by Monday (I'm supposed to start my period on Tues anyway) and then normal period with normal period symptoms including cramps until yesterday (12th) but now, as my period is lightening, I'm getting minor cramps again and these feel different to the normal period ones, like dull constant pain. Should I be worried?

No, but you are worried, so make the appointment with someone. (You also probably didn't need to take it, given how close the sex was to your expected period.)
