Help with referencing for lab report please

I have a few questions about referencing in my first lab report:

- I used a website which talks about the topic I want in order to find out which studies to use and their findings (I used three of their references) do I need to cite them as being the place where I found all the studies? Note: I didn't use any of their words or information, I only used them as a source of studies and findings of other primary sources
- Do I need to cite tables and participant instructions produced by my lecturer that were used in the study? If so, how?
- How do you present things in the appendix, would it be something like:
Appendix 1
Table 1 showing raw data for all participants
