Dundee interviews are held over 2 weeks at the end of December/start of January. So I'm guessing invites would be sent out sometime in early December? We should ask someone who applied there last year to find out the dates etc.

Thanks for the reply! It sounds logical that they would be sent out around that time but worth qualifying with previous applicants as you say or perhaps phoning them directly as I've never had much luck with emailing them!

Awesome! Please let me know what they say!!

Maybe ask about what they deem as a competitive UKCAT score?

But those questions you mentioned are the main ones.

Just called Dundee. Not very helpful but better than nothing I guess :/

When is the dental school replying with interviews/rejections?

"Within the next few weeks."

Number of Applicants?

"That info isn't available to candidates."

What is a competitive UKCAT score?

"The scores have dropped this year so I would say around 2600+ (650)."

What is the main focus for interview selection?

"Academics and UKCAT mainly."

That's all I asked :smile:

I probably should have asked how many people are interviewed and how many offers as well.

That's amazing compared to me lol. I got 595! But I hope that since I'm from Scotland and my academics are higher than what they ask for, I might get an interview..

Next few weeks is a tad ambiguous though haha.

I got 670 for UKCAT so thankfully I meet their "average."

But I hope we hear soon! Nerves are killing me!

Hi there I'm currently a first-year in Dundee Dentistry. If it helps, I got my interview offer email around end Nov. Interviews were conducted from 13th Jan to 27th Jan 2014. All the best! :-)

Yes a Dundee student! Finally! Just want to ask what you think of Dundee dental school so far? Wasn't able to go to the open day so don't know much about the university to be honest. Thanks.
