Sussex sport complex gym- least busy times of day/week?

I've been trying to figure out which days/times of the day are more or less busy for the gym on campus- anyone that has been there at several different times have any ideas? I hate having to wait for the squat racks etc.

Really early morning when the first open and late at night on a Friday/Saturday/sunday
