Australian student looking for best place to stay in bristol

Hey I'm from Oz studying at Bristol uni for 6months starting in January and I have no idea where to live or what the best living arrangement would be. I'm a bit older 22 and have heard that uni halls are just for first years- ideally I just want to have lots of fun/party/drink/go out heaps and would hopefully want flatmates who are like-minded.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am sure someone will be along later but most students are still asleep here, if not give this a bump before you go to bed! Sorry I don't know anything about Bristol other than its a good university. Hope you enjoy your time here :smile:

Good place to look is Spare Room : http://student.spareroom.co.uk/accommodation/bristol/
Lots of rooms in existing flatshares and some are temporary fill-ins while people are away/on exchange/travelling etc.
