Commercial law problem question help

Hi all, this is some coursework ive been set, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ellie owns a chain of fashion shops in Covent Garden. Toby, who was employed as a personal shopper by Ellie was asked to go and collect a Prada bag from Harrods. Ellie told Toby he could use her Vespa moped but warned him to watch out for a hole in the storage space at the back of the moped. She explained that she might have recently lost an old watch through the hole and that it was lucky that it had not been something she was particularly bothered about, adding that anyone who found it was 'welcome to it' since it was an unreliable timekeeper she found in her grandfather’s attic.

Ellie asked Toby to ride by way of a public footpath running next the neighbouring land owned by Clare in order to check that a recent landslip on Clare's land was not threatening her own land. As he rode down the public footpath, Toby spotted what turned out to be Ellie's watch lying by the footpath. He also saw a bracelet which had been uncovered by the landslip. Toby picked up both the watch and the bracelet and kept them.

Toby left the moped outside of Harrods. He went in the department store and showed the watch and the bracelet to a shopkeeper in a jewellery shop. The shopkeeper was almost certain that the watch was an extremely valuable antique and said that he knew a friend in antique jewellery who might be able to provide a valuation for the bracelet. Toby therefore left the watch and the bracelet in the shop. Later, however, when Toby went back to collect the bracelet the shopkeeper had lost it. The moped and the Prada bag in it were also missing.

Hi! This is the question ive been asked - Critically discuss the entitlement of the watch and the legal issues around the bracelet, the bag and the moped.

Im just not entirely sure what belongs to who
