I Can't Find a House in Broadgate Park

Hey guys,

I'm a new poster here but I was hoping that any of you could give me some advice on finding a house for third year.

My group of friends has pretty much split in two, housing-wise. Half will be in Broadgate Park, and the rest of us are looking for a place nearby.

Any way to find a house round there? I've rung up a few letting agents but none of them have properties there - apart from one which was an absolute dive.

If I don't get some viable options soon I guess we'll all end up in central, but we'd like to avoid that!

It's just that we're looking to live out of halls, but nearby.
