As much as your body can take. 3X week considering your lifestyle.
Good sexercise
Good for your health
Releases stress
helps calm moods
makes u closer as a couple (if your in a relationship)
As many times as you can I suppose (within reason), whenever you find the time.
Really depends on the individual and their libido. Just follow nature's call
