English Language Style Models?

Hi, does anyone who is doing/has done English Language know what to write for the annotated style models? I have coursework due in on Monday to annotate the style models but I have no idea what to write or what kind of thing to annotate. Help?

I did English Lang A-level and I have no idea what "style models" are. Are you referring to electronic, written and spoken modes of language or something different?
