Leeds Beckett: Room swap if possible

I am looking for someone to swap house contacts with if possible.

I live with 3 other girls, and preferable want another girl to replace me. Three of us are Leeds Beckett students but the other girl is a PE teacher.

The house is situated in Burley, which I think is a nice place to live. There's a bus stop literally a minute away which takes you straight into the city (49, 50 and 50A).

It's £910 per quarter (the first two have been paid for) water has been paid for. Electric & gas are on a meter and the internet is paid monthly (£6.50)

I'm with Let Leeds agency which give 24 hours maintenance.

Double bed room available. House has kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms (2 spare), shower room and bathroom that are all furnished.
