What law material should I learn, 3 weeks until interview?

I know there are many other threads about Oxford BA Law interviews here on TSR. But I want to ask specifically - what preparation involving the subject of law itself will help and should I do, in the final 3 or 4 weeks until interview? I'm asking only about what law material I can prepare for in these last weeks. NOT about other general tips that can help, but doesn't involve law, like reading your PS again, mock interviews with a teacher, ...

Are there any law books, cases, casebooks, or guides that should be read, learned, or researched at least little bit? Law is broad so interviews can ask you anything, but I want to think that some reading or self-learning can help? What?

Are there any material helping you to think and argue like a lawyer, law student? Or how to read cases or passages like the ones asked at interview? Thanks.

There is a variety of interview formats, but as far as I can tell, none require you to have any prior legal knowledge whatsoever. It's more of a test of your ability to comprehend new material and reason logically, including using what you've learnt to apply it to novel scenarios.

I don't really think you can prepare for the interviews very much, but perhaps you can have a go at reading some of the cases and statutes to get familiar with what it might look like. Try http://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKHL/1982/6.html and http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld199798/ldjudgmt/jd980722/wool.htm Work on picking out how the judges came to their conclusions.

Also, have a look at http://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/applying-to-oxford/interviews/sample-interview-questions and http://www.law.ox.ac.uk/undergraduate/admissions.php

Good luck!
