To be honest I doubt they'll be that lenient, but if in doubt phone them up and ask.
If you're two grades down, it's not really worth it. If you were one grade down, you may have been in with a shot, but not down two.
If you really, truly can't think of a fifth uni, then you could always put it in there. But I wouldn't be optimistic at all.
