Student Room- Plymouth Uni Students - Available from December 2014

Hi - I have a spare double room with a separate study room in a 4 bed house. The room is fully furnished and £93 per week. All bills included & a TV licence. The house also has a shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge and roof terrace garden. Very close to the uni- just off North Hill. A lovely house with friendly other house mates- only reason for moving out is that I have a placement.
