Most, if not all, are blocked. A friend tried all day to get BT to work but they block all the ports he tried. There's a method to get around it, so the rumours go, but I didn't catch how. Apparently there was a DC hub last year but I don't know if it still exists. Setting one up isn't hard if you're willing to do it, but it's a pain to have to keep an eye on.

you could try changing the port used to one that isnt blocked (eg if uve got a game that works online, like Steam (halflife), find out what port it uses and then set it to that). HOWever, i expect theyd be able to quite easily spot any BT or P2P using, and there are ways to catch, copy and reconstruct packets you download so are the benefits really worth the risks and consequences? Azureus does has an encryption algorithm in it that you could try but...

If anyone hears of a DC++ hub, please pm me! Someone must have started one by now.
