personal statement
Is it ok to finish your personal statement by saying you would like to study a degree which resolves around say, Economics? Instead of being specific. This is because, I'm applying for Business Economics at two unis, Economics with finance in another and Economics with Accounting at two other unis.
Moved to PS advice 
Focus on subjects generally that interest you rather than degrees specifically
