Internship prospects for Y12?

I was wondering where I should look when it comes to finding an internship to bolster, I guess, my confidence and knowledge in investment banking. I know currently JP Morgan offers an internship which is highly popular (and competitive because of that). I was also inclined to look at other banks, but I'm slightly lost on what programmes and internships to look for specifically. Should I be looking at banks, such as HSBC and Lloyds? I know HSBC has some programmes for students and whatnot, but I'm not sure on what programme in particular!

I heard HSBC has a good internship programme..
I believe Rothschild offer a pre-university internship. I'm sure if you do a quick search on google you will be able to find a list of places. If you're interested in the industry, see if you can get your hands on anything in finance.The closer to IB the better. However, you can always leverage alternative experience.

Did a Pre-Uni at SocGen (2nd Tier IB)
