Dont know how to socialise

After growing up being bullied, i used to turn to my phone and music to get away from it all, but now i am antisocial and find it hard to socialise with people. even people i know and I'm living with at next year i find it difficult to think of things to say,.. can anyone help? i dont listen to english music a lot and I'm not very street wise but i just dont know what to say or what to talk about. can someone help me please?
Usually the way I start off a conversation is just asking how somebody is and what they've been up to. It usually just goes from there..if you go to school and see your classmates around, you could always start the conversation by talking about homework etc?
You could forge some meaningful relationships with the members of TSR and have them up on skype (Y)

Learning to talk is very impt. I wish you the best.
