uk consitituton - public law
I currently have an assesment on how the uk consitution works and struggling to get my head around the concept of the rule of law and how it makes our consitition work. HELLLP!!
Number 1, note that UK is unique in that it is "unwritten or uncodified"
Number 2: Parliament use the power of the crown to enact law that cant be challenged by any other body.
Number 3: Note that the parliament enjoys sovereignty powers
Number 4: The sovereignty power of the government is the defining principle of UK constitution
Number 5: Check the relationship between executive and legislature.
