Energy-packed as in getting you recharged and ready to go? None of them. Don't go to Subway for this!
Energy-packed as in having plenty of nutrients that fit in with a balanced diet to help you feel good? Subway's not great for this, but closest you can get is fish or meat with lots of veggies!
Energy-packed as in literally having lots of energy in it? Whichever has the most calories + EVERY VEGETABLE AND SAUCE PLEASE.

The choice between Rye vs wheat vs oat vs ... ad infinitum honestly isn't worth worrying about. Get whichever bread you like.

I looked at the subway website and went to nutritional information.

Looked for energy content.

For nutrition looked at the ones high in vitamins and low in fat, salt (the cheese and sauce contain calcium and bacteria stuff so it's good). Not toasted.
