legislation relating to medication

hi can any one help me i have a question about legislation relating to medicine and am a bit stuck for words how does the following legislation relate to safe handling of medication:

the human medicines regulations 2012
the misuse of drugs act 1971
the misuse of drugs regulations 2001
the health and social care act 2012
the control of substances hazardous to health regulations 2002

any help would be very grateful .

That's a big question you expect us to answer! Teaching on medical law doesn't go near as in-depth as that, and we don't know the legislation inside out. Very few people will know the answer. :tongue: Why don't you read them and find out? :wink:
