Goldsmiths?

My friend was wondering whether Goldsmiths would consider him for English & Comparative Literature. He tried emailing the admissions team, but they're taking long to apply :s
Basically his A2 grades are: English A2 - D but he got 239 UMS (which 240 is a C, I think, he's reapplying btw, and told our referee to state he's retaking both coursework pieces for English)
- Film Studies (C) - 279 UMS
- History (D) - 239 UMS

- His predictions are ABC

He also did an EPQ, like me, in English Literature (grade C) - we were basically the guniea pigs in our school to do the EPQ.

Any help is appreciated because I'm looking to apply to Goldsmiths too!
