House party unis?

What universities are best for house parties? I don't mind going out but I'd prefer to go to a house party any day. I'm obviously going to study and I'm not just going to choose a university based on this subject. But yea...

I don't think particular universities are 'better' for house parties than others. I'm a first year and so far, I haven't been to any parties because obviously most people I know live in halls so it's more common for people to go out. From speaking to second and third years, it seems like house parties are much more common in second/third year because people tend to live in student houses then, so it's just a case of being patient I guess! I personally much prefer house parties to going out so I'm looking forward to second year for that reason :smile:

I'm in first year and went to a third and fourth year house party. It was dreadful.
