no change for another week, which I'm upset about
13st 7lb yesterday.

Officially the heaviest I've ever been, I'm getting back into a routine at the gym now though, so we should see that coming down.
Hi guys,

I'm 18 years old and I currently weigh 70kg. I want to get back down to around 57kg, but I'm unsure on how many carbohydrates I should be eating per day.
I want it to be a long term weight loss, so I don't mind if it takes me 4/5 months.
Someone help please!

Good news for me this week, my weight is finally on the way down :smile:

13st 1.5lb.

Goal for next week, get under 13 stone.

This week... no change AGAIN.

I don't get this, I'm burning 1000 calories each time at the gym, I'm not exceeding 1500 calories in a day, I'm not eating takeaways or drinking fizzy drinks, I'm just not losing weight :frown:

Maybe you're not eating enough considering how much exercise you are doing.

That sounds deeply unhealthy unless your like 4 foot.

5ft 11".

I've been using MyFitnessPal to track it, here's my net calories since the 6th. The 21st registers as 0 because I burned 1126 and ate only 924 (I'd had a ****load of carbs the night before), today isn't finished yet.

Can I join the party late?

I was 8 1/2 stone at the beginning of the year. Now put on a couple pounds but goal is 7 1/2 stone by Christmas.

So CW: 8 stone 9 lbs
