I am planning to have pre workout crumpets today.with some cheese for protein and butter (unfortunately margarine) for EFAs in the absence of nuts and seeds. It's basically that or I'm not eating need a food shop. I can't remember the last time I had crumpets properly, maybe 6 months ago? Can I get away with this today or am I heading to skinny fat city?
