Hamlet!

So I'm attempting this past paper question but I'm a little stuck, I don't fully understand what the question is asking nor where to start!
“Hamlet is as much a prisoner to his own imaginations as any tyrant ruler.” Explore this view making explicit reference to his first soliloquy and one other extract from the play.

Any help would be great, thanks!
