PhD in Bio engineering in Cambridge

Hi all..
I have applied for PhD in Bio engineering at Cambridge for 2015, and have my interview shortly.
Can anyone help me in interview preparation for PhD..Things need to concentrate, etc..
I have a back ground from Electrical Eng in Under grad and Bio medical at Grad level..
What questions can I expect in PhD Interview..
