Help me out guys am STUCKK!! this is really confusing.. from what i understand from this question is that it is a secret trust but am confused as to whether it is a fully secret or a half secret trust?
A trust, managed by him as trustee, to support financially three poor relatives Glen had. He informed the three relatives and started making monthly payments to them in January 2014.
The poor relatives were told that they found no written evidence of the existence of the trust and therefore there was no trust for them.
And the fact Glen is a trustee himself is a declaration of trust required in secret trust?
