University with most teaching hours per week (Computer Science)?

So I've found out that the average student has about 15 hours of lectures per week. This makes it about 3 hours a day, which to me seems too little (especially for the cash you pour into the institution). So I'm interested which universities in particular offer their students the most lectures and labs per week? I'm asking specifically for Computer Science. I've heard that in Manchester they study a lot, but apart from that I don't really have much information. Any opinions?
I did maths at Surrey and did approximately 12 hours a week but trust me, you spend a lot of time in a library. It also varies between courses as my friend did law, had her standard 12-15 hours and then frequent tutorials a couple of times a week. I promise you that you won't be without work and you don't just pay for the lectures. You pay for the service. Provided you get taught the course and have access to resources then you are getting what you pay for.
