UCAS welcome email has not arrived yet

I'm just wondering why I still haven't received a welcome email from UCAS, although they already sent the application to the unis. How long does it usually take?

It can get caught up in your spam filter, so check any spam folders that you have.

For me it took about a day. I think if you sent it on a friday you may get it after the weekend. Either way, it might be in your spam folder or if it has been a few school days already, you may want to contact UCAS.

You should receive it soon. Make sure you check your folders such as junk/spam. Good luck.

I got it within an hour on Friday evening.

I think so, I got my welcome letter a week after I applied. All the Unis hadacknowledged me by that point and I had been able to use track all week.

It says on their website that ucas acknowledgements will be sent out this week due to problems with system.
