How should I finish a person statement?

It should sum up why you want to do the course. It can mention career, but it doesn't have to

I'm trying to finish mine with what I want to do as a career (Computer Networking), but I'm struggling to think of anything worth writing

I found concluding with aspirations the easiest method, so whether it be post graduate study or a career as a network manager. You could also make it seem like those are your two ideas and you are going to university to find out which path to take.
It's best not to be indecisive - if you're not sure then don't mention any aspirations, just sum up why you want to do the course
As the others have said, a conclusion should be conclusive. Sum up why you want to do the course, and what you hope to get out of it, long term and short term (although don't just say "a degree" ). This is really the part where you tell them that they should pick you because you're up for it!
