what is a schedule in an act?
I am studying land law and for the life of me i can not figure out what a schedule in an act is. Im reading about overridng interests and apparently they are in schedule 1 of the 2002 Land registration act but I dont know what that is. I checked section one and there is nothing about that in there.
Schedules are typically displayed at the bottom of an act underneath all the different parts so if you scroll down you should find them.
