How many of you guys use inhalers?

Or any other self - administering drugs?

If you do, do you feel that you are confident in how to use it?

Do you even use it (the right amount of times a day)

My mum uses an insulin pen. She's really good at remembering and knowing when to use it. I use an inhaler but I only use it when I experience wheezing which is bad but yh.

I use the Voltaren inhaler in case of wheezing.
Not regularly tho
I have a Salbutamol inhaler from when I had a chest infection. I still use it from time to time when I get wheezy, usually from over exertion or allergy. I think I know how to use it correctly and when an appropriate time to use it is. I carry it in my bag all the time although I rarely need it. It's good to know it's there just in case.
I have salbutamol sulphate and seratide inhalers for asthma. I'm very confident taking them as every year I have a check-up with the 'asthma nurse' and get a tutorial in how to use them. It's a bit wearing, but you can understand it when so many people aren't using them properly, or get into bad habits. Last year they reminded me to shake them before taking, which I'd never thought of as being particularly important!
