PGCE vs School Direct
can anyone list basic pros and cons of pgce vs school direct? I understand with school direct it will be more work as you will spend more time in school and you will still work for the pgce, however I'm assuming higher chance of employment with school direct as the school expects to hire you?
Also, I'm confused because some scitt schools have school direct places you apply to through the school, and the exact same school have school direct places you apply to through university.. For example lets say theres a school called nottingham school, and they are part of a scitt alliance, and you apply directly through the school.. but then i look at the school direct course on nottingham uni website and they are also offering placements at nottingham school
