oh gosh I thought the AS exam last year was about as obnoxious as that terrible Brennpunkt textbook. pilots??????? where did that come in the spec??????

in fairness though, I didn't do any revision. don't do as I did.

Haha I did no revision either :biggrin: 10 marks off a B mind!! I'm resitting the Reading & Writing paper, which will probably be SOLID in january considering a) it's mostly native speakers & people resitting and b) the June was pretty piss compared to some of the past papers I've done

and i agree about the pilots... and the clowns in hospitals... and the supermarket inspector woman... and the other ridiculous topics...

how on EARTH are you supposed to learn the vocab/verbs which lend themselves to each of those topics ??!
