Yes, I have already used the search function/read through others' threads on this :colonhash:

Why is it made out to be so bad? Is those mainly for those staying in collegiate as opposed to intercollegiate halls? Is the university quite "spread out"?

Thanks
I think it's pretty good - just choose one of the more lively halls (rosebery, passfield, carr saunders) and you'll be fine. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy... As soon as one hall gets named the most social, all of the more socially active individuals flock over there.

It's really what you make of it. Join societies and join the AU (if you're so inclined) and you'll have no problem meeting like-minded individuals.

I don't think intercollegiate halls are any more social - but perhaps I'm wrong. I'm at rosebery and while the building isn't great, it's a fun place to be.

If you have any more questions, then just let me know.

Best,
